I doubt many people are going to be reading this, but to whomever it may interest: There's a thread over on the SteamPowered User Forums, under Suggestions/Ideas, echoing once again the age old skinning problems present in Valve's Steam 2010 UI update. You may be thinking that this doesn't affect you, but if you use PixelVision, or any other skin for Steam, this does directly affect you. And Valve have so far never commented on the issue. I've just finished the 3rd design of my guild's website, Unreal Concers -u|c-, it's based around a Half-Life modification called Team Fortress Classic aka TFC.
